According to journalist Rudy Galetti, Tottenham are close to reaching an agreement with the agent of AC Milan and Ivory Coast midfielder, Frankie Kessie.

The deal would reportedly see Kessie earn a staggering €10M-per-season as his salary, whilst also giving his agent what is described as a monstrous fee

Though not confirmed above, the deal does look as though it would see Spurs sign Kessie on a free transfer.

The 24-year-old is currently in the final year of his Milan contract and is yet to pen fresh terms.

As a result, the African will be free to sign a pre-contract agreement with any foreign club from the 1st of January, 2021. This, of course, includes Tottenham, who are seemingly well on their way to agreeing terms with the midfielder’s agent.

The Spanish giants could make a move for the 24-year-old in January, with Spurs ready to listen to any offers.

However, Barca will only afford a loan deal for Ndombele, who cost Tottenham €60 million (£51m/$70m) when they signed him from Lyon in 2019.
